Just a few pictures that we took today. Thankfully, Nate is better! Yeah! It was not fun taking care of a 7 year old's 'man cold' for 6 days! Lord, help his future wife!

Gabe headed down the 'small' hill. But with all that ice, our small hill was like a mountain! You really zipped from one side of the yard to the other!
Gabe and Adri in the background. She was terrified of the sleds, so I pulled her around in the wagon all afternoon!
I couldn't manage a picture with them both looking at me. I think Gabe wiped out more than all 7 of us put together and halfway through our ice sledding adventure, he was crawling everywhere. By this time, he was ready to go in and hitched a ride with his sister!
Kali is braving the elements, too! Now, it's hard to argue that an education is more important than days like these...of course NOT!
Caleb is an expert at this...I really enjoyed watching the drama he added to the show!
I love how Morgan, after Kali made the first slide, was anxious to give it a try. She was a bit leery until her big sister first took the plunge!
3 of our nieces and 1 nephew live less than a 5 minute walk from our house (a few more minutes when there is 3 inches of ice on the ground) and it seems like we rarely see them. I enjoy spending time with all of my nieces and nephews, but days like this are really enjoyable for me and for my kids, too. We also got to spend the evening together...had pizza, played Trouble, baby dolls, and some shooting game on the Playstation 3 (I think that's what it is). Now, how can I get the rest of our families to move to this road, too?
I also attached this video, mostly for my mom's enjoyment. She tells me how much my kids are like me and it's so hard for me to see, sometimes. I'm known to be a bit (just a tiny bit) anal at times, and this short video shows just how dangerous reproducing can be when you have OCD!
By the way, Blogger is messing with my spacing and font, too. I'm ready for bed!
